Fetish Club Azabu

About six minutes from Azabu-Juban's Exit 7, toward Roppongi Hills, a half-basement door opens onto red and blue neon. This is the second bar from Fetish Club, the Daimon brewery: two floors joined by a spiral staircase, white walls, neon, projectors, velvet-look chairs, a DJ booth and arcade-game tables you can play for free. It is loud to look at and, by visitors' accounts, oddly easy to settle into.

All thirty taps are the brewery's own, brewed in Daimon and Yamaguchi, and the list leans hard into hop-forward IPAs: a 7% double-dry-hopped hazy, a West Coast at 6%, a 3.5% session, a kumquat hazy, and odder things like a sour IPA made with pickled plum. Full pours start at ¥1,100, so the two- or three-beer flights (¥880 / ¥1,320) are how you work the board. Food is tacos, bao burgers, 15cm pizzas, fried chicken and dorilocos, with chicken from ¥1,155 for two pieces and pizzas at ¥1,276, plus cans to take away.

The room seats 37 at counter and tables, it opens at 14:00 every day, and there is an English menu and English-speaking staff who will steer you through the list. Cashless, with ordering through LINE on your phone. Expect ¥3,000–5,000 by the end of the evening.
