One minute from Exit 1, on the ground floor of an apartment block, and the first test is the door: Slash/Dot. sits inside a residential building with a security lock, so you ring the shop on the entrance intercom and they let you in. Inside it's fifteen seats — five at the counter, the rest at small tables — an exposed ceiling, a screen with the match on, and plenty of foreign customers.

There are thirteen taps, mostly imports on the current list, from US and New Zealand breweries such as Societe, Hudson Valley and Double Vision, with Japanese beer like West Coast Brewing and Sankt Gallen alongside, plus a fridge of cans. Beer comes in three sizes, and the 150ml Small at ¥600–800 is how you work your way down the list without a ¥2,000 pint committing you to anything.

The food is the reason to stay. Pizza dough is made in-house daily, and the pizzas come New York style — a 35cm round — or Detroit style, square, thick and fluffy like focaccia. Pies are whole and run ¥2,480–3,600, so bring someone; the Monterey Jacks is the baseline. The kitchen also does Hokkaido venison, rare steak from ¥1,380, and there's no cover charge or otoshi. Non-smoking, English menu, cards and QR fine.
